As the Director of Animal Welfare Education, Winslow will provide an increased focus on animal welfare issues as well as provide new educational and business opportunities within the Petland franchise system.

Winslow brings to his new appointment an extensive background in retail pet operations, field inspection experience and pet care education. Winslow will work with local breeders, associations and distributors to raise the standards of animal welfare at their facilities. Further, Winslow will work with local, state and federal regulatory agencies and legislators concerning animal welfare issues and education.
